Making Your World Safer!

This is our customer engagement process:

1. Enquiry Received

On receiving an enquiry for a potential contract, an appointment will be made for a site visit, usually within a week, maximum 2 weeks.

2. Site Visit

Usually the works required are as a result of a Fire Risk Assessment. Once a site visit has been conducted and a works list has been generated, the client will usually be emailed an Estimate within a following week maximum 2 weeks.

3. Estimate Sent

If the Estimate is acceptable then a date will be arranged by mutual agreement for the commencement of works.

4. Works Commence

As much of the work as possible will be carried out in the mobile workshop the firm operates parked close to the building, keeping mess & dust to a minimum and keeping disruption within the building to a minimum.

Safety Considerations

Inside the building the working process will be subject to RAMs (Risk Assessment Management) to cover the working area.

All materials and parts used will be checked for their ability to conform to the requirements of the Fire regulations and used as per manufacturers guidance.

5. Completion

On completion of the contract, the customer will be informed and asked to inspect.

6. Invoicing

An Invoice will be raised and sent to the customer, with the expectation it is paid within 14 Days.

Snagging?

Should any snags occur they will be dealt with within 7 days.

7. Certificate Issued

On receiving payment a Certificate of Compliance will be issued and should be kept both digitally and also in paper form.  It should also be filed with your Fire Risk Assessment File to demonstrate the recommended works have been completed.
