In 2017, we complete contract work on a Property that was owned and let by a leading Church.
The property was at least 100 years old and the Fire Risk Assessment highlighted major fire safety issues.
The main concern of the Church was that although the building was not listed, they wanted all building work done in keeping with the existing style of the building.
Time was spent with the estates manager choosing the right doors and materials. The estates manager wrote:-
“Thank you for your top quality work. The Parish that manage the property were over the moon, and I was impressed during my random sneaky visits!”
